Responsibilities
Lead the successful implementation of large-scale, enterprise Salesforce projects through effective scope, timeline, and budget management
Understand the full end-to-end delivery life cycle, from vision/strategy, and user experience design through development and release, working closely with a project with the project team to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model
Oversee a select set of project and program portfolios, ensuring alignment with EPAM’s delivery methodology
Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, RAID logs, and critical path items for all assigned initiatives
Allocate, assign, and optimize onshore and offshore resources across programs and projects and effectively work across multiple time zones
Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks and issues and present solutions and options to key stakeholders
Drive steering committee meetings with key stakeholders to help make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address program issues
Use a variety of delivery management tools to manage sprint progress, reviews, retrospectives, resource capacity, and level of effort
Lead, mentor, and manage implementation teams across various locations and workstreams
Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture while facilitating communication and resolving conflict
Track utilization of project resources and manage this against the resource allocation and budget
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various levels and groups for both the client and EPAM
Requirements
Hands-on experience working in an external client consulting background for at least 4 years
Proficiency in project management and delivery of agile, waterfall, or predictive agile software development methodology, preferably with Salesforce for 3 or more years
Scrum Master certification is highly preferred
Proven experience in strategic large enterprise Salesforce implementations, for at least 3 years
Effective management of C-level client stakeholders as well as client escalations
Ability to creatively problem-solve while assessing risks and issues
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication (written and oral), presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Experience with collaborating with offshore teams
Expert in estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting
Willingness to travel up to 50%, depending on location and assigned teams
