Responsibilities

  • Leadership:

  • Build and communicate a vision for the portfolio while working with Sales and Engagement teams to compile revenue growth goals, strategic target accounts and expansion into new capabilities and offerings

  • Create innovative thought leadership by developing accelerators, assets, service offerings, sales, and marketing collateral

  • Collaborate with other practice product and industry leads to compile multi-cloud, industry focused go-to-market offerings

  • Manage portfolio Key Performance Indicators for the team by installing goals and related success metrics

  • Establish tight coordination, planning, and resolution with internal stakeholders, including other regions, technical delivery, and business development teams, portfolio managers, and sales engineers

  • Salesforce Partnership Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with key stakeholders on Salesforce product, industry, and partner sales teams

  • Assist EPAM Account Teams to drive business

  • Solidify our positioning as a Salesforce implementation partner for multiple product areas

  • Ensure net-new capacity forecast goals are met, working in alignment with Salesforce partners and EPAM delivery teams

  • Sales Engineering Participation:

  • Advocate for EPAM, Salesforce, and EPAM clients

  • Provide pre-sales solution engineering support as a subject matter expert and executive sponsor

  • Develop alongside the sales teams a GTM for each vertical matrixed with the product team

  • Document alongside pre-sales team to ensure that estimates are continuously updated and accurate

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce product offerings

  • Proven History working on multi-cloud project delivery initiatives

  • Expert in enterprise delivery methodologies for large ($5M+) programs

  • Comfortable working with changing deadlines and competing priorities

  • Highly skilled with driving change, high performing teams, and results in a large and rapidly growing organizations

  • Extensive experience consulting in large scale enterprise client environments

  • Exposure to leading a Salesforce Practice and developing teams

  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time

  • Hands on exposure to the Salesforce certification process
